Refund Policy Explained

You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance. No refund is available for:

  • Cancellations under 24 hours

  • No-shows

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

How to File a Complaint

If something goes wrong:

  2. Include all relevant details and documentation in your message
