❌ How to Cancel a Booking with MyTransfers

You have three easy options to cancel your booking:

  1. πŸ“± From the MyTransfers mobile app – log in and go to your bookings section.

  2. πŸ’» From our website – log in to your account and manage your reservation.

  3. πŸ”Ž From the "My Bookings" section at the top of the MyTransfers homepage – simply enter your booking number and the email address used during the reservation (no login required). 

Refund eligibility:

  • Full refund: cancellation made more than 24 hours in advance

  • No refund: cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
