How to View an Existing Booking in the App

If you've already made a booking with MyTransfers and want to view or manage it through our app or website, here’s how it works.


✅ Bookings Made with the Same Email

If you create your MyTransfers account using the same email address you used when you booked your transfer, your reservation will automatically appear in your account.

There’s nothing else you need to do—just log in, and your booking will be there.


🔁 Bookings Made with a Different Email

If you signed up with a different email than the one used during booking, don’t worry—you can manually add the reservation to your account.

Just follow these steps:

  1. Open the MyTransfers app or go to our website and log in.

  2. Go to “My Bookings”.

  3. Tap or click on “Add a booking”.

  4. Enter your booking reference number and the email address used when the booking was made.

Once verified, the booking will be linked to your account and available for full management.
