At MyTransfers, we offer private transfers between any two locations, including:

🔍 1. How to Start Your Booking and Select the Trip Type
To begin your booking, use the search box on our website or app. You must enter:
📍 Pickup location
📍 Drop-off location
📅 Travel date (either arrival date, departure date, or both)
🧍 Number of passengers
You can book:
🛬 Arrival transfer: from an airport, train station or port to your accommodation
🛫 Departure transfer: from your accommodation to an airport, train station or port
🔄 Round trip: both arrival and departure transfers in a single booking
🚗 Point-to-point transfer: from any location to any other location (e.g. hotel to hotel or city to city)
✈️ 2. Entering the Right Time for Your Journey
🛬 If your pickup is at an airport (arrival transfer):
➡️ Always enter your flight arrival time as shown on your airline ticket.
✅ We will track your flight and adjust the pickup time if there’s a delay.
❌ Do not enter your estimated exit time from the airport.
🛫 If your drop-off is at an airport (departure transfer):
➡️ Always enter your flight departure time.
✅ Our system will calculate the ideal pickup time based on your location and required check-in time.
✔️ You may change this pickup time, but only to an earlier time, never later.
📍 If your transfer does not involve a flight (e.g. hotel to hotel, city to city):
➡️ Simply enter your preferred pickup time.
⏱️ 2.1 Can I Modify the Pickup Time? (for airport departures)
✔️ Yes — but only for transfers going to the airport, and only if you want to be picked up earlier than the suggested time.
❌ You cannot set a later pickup time, as it may result in missing your flight.
📝 Note: The flight departure time must still be entered correctly — this is used to calculate the base pickup time.
📅 4. Vehicle Availability and Group Size
🚗 The vehicles displayed in your search results are the only vehicles available for your selected route, date, and time.
📭 If no vehicles appear, it means there is no availability for your search criteria.
👥 If the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle's maximum capacity:
✅ You can book multiple transfers at the same time.
Please do not try to fit more passengers than allowed.
⚠️ 5. Responsibility and Limitations
MyTransfers is not responsible for any issues resulting from:
❌ Entering incorrect flight times or locations
❌ Choosing a pickup time later than the one recommended (for airport departures)
❌ Booking a vehicle that is too small for your group

What If My Hotel Is Not Listed?
If your hotel or accommodation is not listed during the booking process, you must search by the full hotel address. Use the address search bar to type the exact address of your hotel or accommodation.
Make sure the hotel you select is the correct one, as many hotels may share similar or identical names. Always verify the full address to avoid confusion or errors in your transfer service.
