📞 If You're Delayed or Can't Find Your Driver

The driver will try to call you, or send an SMS or WhatsApp message using the phone number provided at booking.

If they cannot reach you within the allowed waiting time, the service may be cancelled as a no-show.
📲 Receiving Driver Contact Information
You’ll receive the driver’s contact details approximately 2 hours before your pick-up time via SMS or WhatsApp.
