Waiting Times and Driver Contact Policy

To ensure a smooth transfer experience, it's important to understand our waiting time policies and how we handle delays.


🛬 Airport Pick-Ups

  • Drivers will wait up to 60 minutes from the actual flight arrival time, not the scheduled time.

  • Our drivers track your flight in real time and will adjust the pick-up time accordingly, so there’s no need to worry if your flight is delayed.

  • If you are delayed inside the terminal (e.g., baggage claim or customs), the driver will still wait up to 60 minutes.


🚪 Non-Airport Pick-Ups (e.g., hotel, home, train station)

  • Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time.

  • If you are not ready or cannot be reached within this time, the booking may be cancelled without a refund.


📞 If You're Delayed or Can't Find Your Driver

  • The driver will try to call you, or send an SMS or WhatsApp message using the phone number provided at booking.

  • If they cannot reach you within the allowed waiting time, the service may be cancelled as a no-show.


📲 Receiving Driver Contact Information

You’ll receive the driver’s contact details approximately 2 hours before your pick-up time via SMS or WhatsApp.


✅ Tips for a Smooth Experience:

  • Make sure your phone is switched on and reachable at the time of pick-up.

  • Use the same email and phone number for registration and booking, so your driver can contact you if needed.
