If you do not show up at the scheduled pickup location and time, the transfer will be considered completed and non-refundable.


🕒 Do You Track Flight Delays?

Yes! We monitor flight arrival times in real time for minor delays (typically up to 60 minutes). Our drivers will adjust the pickup time accordingly in these cases.


✈️ What If My Flight Is Delayed by More Than 3 Hours?

If your flight is delayed by more than 3 hours, please note the following:

  • We may not be able to guarantee driver availability beyond that waiting window.

  • In such cases, you must contact your airline to claim compensation or responsibility for the disruption.

  • MyTransfers is not responsible for missed services due to flight delays exceeding the acceptable threshold.


📞 What Should I Do If I Expect a Major Delay?

Please contact our support team as early as possible with updated flight information. We will do our best to assist, but new charges may apply if the service must be rescheduled.
