What If My Flight Is Delayed?

Our suppliers monitor flights and wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival. For longer delays:

  • Notify us through the MyTransfers app or website support center as soon as possible

  • If the driver cannot wait and you haven’t contacted us, the service may be forfeited

  • Refunds are only possible if pre-approved and supported by documentation

Important Information Regarding Booking Changes
If your scheduled pick-up time is more than 24 hours from now, you must amend your booking yourself.
